02Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to question@whrixxenex.world). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
03Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
04Return of Products
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products. Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the product has been opened, the seal has been broken, or the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an amount for diminished value in accordance with applicable law.
05Return Shipping Costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during return shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when returned by you.
06Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at our discretion. Please provide clear photos of the defect or damage when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim quickly. We may request that you return the defective item for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.
07Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods (or of your proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier). The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
08Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons and are not suitable for return due to their nature, where the goods have been mixed with other goods after delivery. Dietary supplements fall under this category once the seal has been broken. This exception is in accordance with Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
09Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish or EU law. If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, you may have additional rights under consumer protection legislation.
